Welcome Participants,

 

Welcome to the 28th IAMB virtual conference of the International Academy of Management and Business that took place on December 3-5, 2020. The conference was hosted by Rutgers University School of Communication and Information, New Jersey, USA.

 

The conference provided a platform for professionals, practitioners, academics, educators and researchers in the various fields of management and business to disseminate and share the latest research, knowledge and experiences. The conference hosts scholars from many countries around the world. The friendly atmosphere, and the multi-national exposure have been cited among the few top benefits from our conference attendees. Each submitted abstract/paper is peer reviewed prior to acceptance. Selected manuscripts are published in IAMB official journal of IAMB, the International Journal of Management and Business, IJMB.

 

Best Manuscripts Competition

I would like to congratulate this year’s scholars who submitted their manuscripts for the best papers’ competition in two major categories. In each category the manuscripts were peer reviewed (blindly) by 2-3judges. The winners were announced during the conference and subsequently awarded official certificates. The followings are the winners in each category for this conference were:

 

Best Overall Manuscript: Chi-Tung Tsai, Cheng-You Tsai, Fen-Ling Chen, Cheng-An Tsai, National Changhua University of Education, Taiwan, Taiwan.

Best Student Manuscript winners: Francois Kammoe, African Development Bank,

Best Student Manuscript Runner up:  Guillaume Desjardins, Université du Québec en Outaouais, Gatineau, Quebec, Canada

 

About IAMB

Our goal is to bring scholars from various fields of management and facilitate meaningful interactions. For this IAMB fosters a small conference setting (under 200 participants) with multi national delegates. This small setting offers professional development opportunities for scholars and practitioners through personal contact, meaningful interactions and networking.
